He drank it before he poisoned it? Or before someone else did it after he left?

Ice in the punch was poisoned. The man drank punch early on and the ice hadn't melted yet. Everyone else drank punch with melted ice in it.

        EASY!!

There are 3 lightswitches, one which makes a light in a room go on. How do you flick the switches so that when you go into that room where the light is, you will know which switch is responsible for putting that light on. (there are no fancy tricks like looking under the door etc, you can flick the switches however you like but only go into this room once.)

some of theses are really stupid. For example this one. Siggies answer is just as valid as SK's and you can come up a with a dozen more that can work

                Cake.

Turn on each light switch for a few minutes and go into the room after each one and feel the bulb. Whenever you feel the warm bulb you know you got the right light switch.

A man and a woman were driving in their car when it broke down. The man decided to go for help at a gas station a few miles back. He made sure nobody was in the car, rolled all the windows up, and locked all of the sedan's doors. He went off, but when he came back, his wife was dead, and there was a stranger in the car. No physical damage was done to the car, so how did the stranger get in?
