Paris is a very very nice city but as a half-french half-Armenian I can already tell you if you go to Paris and even have an accent in french some people won't speak to you, you might get comments like if you cant speak french, speak english and such but of course overall people should treat you well especially if you say youre Armenian since french people love Armenians...
