Yes and No. Like I said, it must represent (in my view) some significant event in your life, not to look tough or something. Do you consider the armenian cross tattoo given in the Armenian quarter in Jerusalem on your wrist, or the remembrance of the tragic loss of a friend or a family member to be stupid?
