Can anyone confirm this? It sounds like a bold face lie to me. She didn't meet the PM, he may have been at a charity function but there is no indication that the PM was at the charity function she is referring too.

Haha, she met Primate Hovnan Derderian and thought she was meeting with the PM of Armenia. There is no indication the PM of Armenian was at this gala. I mean she can't even differentiate between a low level manager of the Armenian church and the Prime Minster of Armenia.
