Did it all happen suddenly or has it been slowly happening throughout the day, tell me that first and I can help you out.

It happened all of a sudden. I started getting body aches, and then chills, and then nausea. I took tylenol went to bed, and it helped the body aches. Then an hour later I realized I am over heating or getting heat flashes I wake up and try to get some air. I don't know what to do. I don't wanna go to the emergency, or wake anyone up or cause a friggin scene.
