I am quite happy with my job. I found a fantastic job earlier this year despite it being a terrible time to be entering the job market. I am valued greatly by the institution and am being groomed by my boss to be an administrator in just a few years in what is a growing field even with the devastating cuts to education. So, no... I don't dislike my job. But, I suspect you never thought otherwise -- you just wanted to redirect the spotlight to me.

People don't generally look for a second job when they're happy with their first, but that's fine. If it's true and not a mere defensive denial, then I am truly happy that you are content at work and are compensated well. I would still encourage you to improve your language skills (it's really all I've had occasion to observe), but I suspect my suggestions hold no weight for you and that's too bad, because they are not motivated by any nefarious motive.
