I only take NyQuil when I'm sick
I am active during the day

I remember there are times that no matter what I did I could not sleep.....it hasn't happened for while now. My work schedule is also not predictable so one day I could work day and the other night. Nyquil knocks me out everytime though if I need it. I don't like sleeping pills.

Pepsi I told you NyQuil PM works good.....staying very active during the day also will make it easier to sleep at night.
