Here's one without peroxide that you can use to get stains out of carpets, etc. Real simple.

baking soda, vinegar and water.

Vinegar dissolves tooth enamel. Not sure if peroxide does that.

yeah it does, could be for the same reason.

Toothpaste companies don't have to write their ingredients on their labels for Quebecers, so I make my own. Have to find the right recipe.
