Karo's thread about threads you were never going to bring into formation got me thinking. Here's a thread to post pictures and discuss some of your favorite cities. You don't have to have been to the city. I don't need to go to Geneva to know that it's beautiful (same goes for any city in Armenia).

Let's get these two biggies out of the way first:

    London, England

    Paris, France

Fav cities I've been too - well #1 is Paris of course....I also like (in no particular order) Washington D.C. , LA, Rome, Istanbul, Munich, New York, Boston, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, San Fransisco, Seattle and San Diego. I'd say New Orleans (but that wold be a lie)....actually I generally try to avoid most cities in my travels....Last year during a month long trip to Europe (Germany, Austria and France) - spent all of 5 days in any kind of city - 4 in Munich and 1 in Paris....and that was plenty for me - as much as I really do like those cities...I normally prefer nature...but yeah - cities can be quite worthwhile in their way...

Since Mousy included the worst picture of L.A. I've ever seen, I'd like to post a better one, although I hate downtown L.A., but like West L.A. and Beverly Hills and the San Fernando Valley myself.

Yeah nice pic - but actually the best part(s) about LA IMO are the beaches (South Bay and Orange Co are best), the plethora of good cheap (ethnic) eats...and, of course....all the pretty girls....
