He was the guy who said:

Hi, first of all, I'm really sorry for what has happened to your relatives. I'm actually Turkish. I can hypothetically guide you around in Turkey and help you with translations and everything if you think that that might be useful. I'm here to show you all that Turks are not as bas as some Armenians think they are, and also to try to help our nations build up a friendship again. You can PM me any questions you might have.
Here's what he said on another forum, regarding Armenia "blocking" Turkey and Azerbaijan:

    It'd only take a single Toros 260A with a 25kg Biological warhead.

But, eargh, there's a time for everything.
    And this bullcrud as well:

One certain solution would be Turkey and Azerbaijan uniting!

Imagine how beautiful THAT would be! Our Azeri brothers gain full support and protection of TBMM and TSK, and we all benefit from Caspian Sea's natural resources. This would also help fix the current political problems in Azerbaijan and help create a more stable medium in both countries. But not only that.

A unification would mean that Armenia is now occupying TURKISH territory. That calls for a direct TSK action bro! Haha!

All those resources and military power, we can prosper faster if we unite brothers! And, it would be the first real step towards Turan.

We are the same race. Same language, same religion, same culture. Let us make it same government and same army as well!
    So much for being friendly.

Oh, and I'm fairly certain he still lurks around here, so, hello TUR-Friend!
