Kefir

Does anyone drink this stuff? If so where do you buy it? I am thinking of placing an order and buying some grains so I can make my own.

I was reading the other day and come to find out that its very healthy for you and has lots of good pro-biotics.

I've never had this drink in the States.

Man, I haven't heard that name in a while. It's like a white milky drink right? I don't remember at all what it tastes like but I do remember not liking it at all when I was a kid.

Fermented, cultured milk essentially. You must have had some when you were very young. Ask your mom and dad.

You know, for about 14 years now, I haven't thought of it. Just the other day though I came across something that had instructions on how to make yogurt and I saw a mention of kefir.

When my parents bought it, I drank it. I drank a lot of it. I think it tastes great. At least, I think I thought it tasted great.
