Btw, you shouldn't jog. That's bad for your joints. It's better to run so that bending your knee when you land can absorb the impact.
    Unless you're on a treadmill

According to my doctor, less pressure is put on the joints. Your knees end up lasting much longer as well.

on a tredmill you don't have to push off, simply raise your legs and put them forwards, while outside, extra pressure is put on the joints because you have to push your body off.

if you're not allowing yourself to fall foward and use gravity... that's just incorrent running technique.

what retard told you that? Plus, isn't it more fun running outside than on a treadmill running on the same spot....

I hate jogging tho, I'd rather get my aerobic excersice out the heavy bag for an hour or so a day

definitely i'd take up jogging/running outdoors rather than on treadmill unless it's really cold and rainy outside.

i still don't see the point when people pay gym membership and only use the treadmill or the excersise bike.

Get out ppl, smell the fresh air

Thats true, there is this particular gym (franchise) here and generally whoever goes there is only there for show, guys are there to show off their muscles, girls put on make up before going etc.

hate the smell of gym anyways, although some mornings during winter I train in the gym. No treadmill though
