Anytime you go to a website and count the number of times you have to scroll down on your mouse's scroll wheel to get to the bottom, you should brace yourself. Usually, anything from around 2 to 4 is okay, anything between that and 10 is usually just some bad HTML skills, but anything above and you are certain of lunacy.
