Some sites look like the designer was either blind or drunk when all the code was puked out in a blob of hideous formatting. This is not one of those sites. Whoever made this site could not have made it this ugly by accident or through insobriety. This could only be the work of a malicious desire to hurt people. The combination of broken background, bizarre banners and highlighted text, the unnappealing layout and lack of HTML knowledge makes for an experience comparable to seeing a performance artist shit himself and then roll in the shit in the middle of an upscale art gallery.
