i might be moving to burbank soon....

contracting and real estate, plus buying flat land and building homes and selling them. and we are a big supplier of hardware like doors and windows to contractors that are making buildings. the real estate part doesnt really matter though, its just that we dont pay 10% commission when we sell a house that we make to an agent, we can sell it ourselves. and thats about it 8)
