Btw, have you bought her a gift yet? If not, let me suggest you what NOT to buy...don't get clothes, she'll grow out of it REALLY FAST...don't get electronic/plastic toys, but get the wooden ones, so she can chew on it without getting all those chemicals into her body...

If I were you I'd get a baby carrier (bjorn)...if your sister doesn't have one yet, you should definitely buy one...those are great and she can use on newborn to 1 y.o. babies...
