Hahaha, damn. My uncle told me about how he once had a car fall of his rack at his previous workplace, the rival JustTires. I couldn't imagine how that would be like, for both the employer and customer. My customers have a panic attack if we drop their keys. Anyway, another reason why to choose Discount Tire Centers in Simi Valley.

What I don't understand is why is it necessary to lift a vehicle up that high just to change tires? Don't you guys need to just lift it like half an inch off the ground to get the tires off?

Because it's annoying to always have to kneel down to put on the tire. It's better to just lift it, put it right on, leveled. But if it has to be lifted very little, and after the customer TELLS you about it, damn - take some procaution.
