What do you guys know about Chi exercise machines. I'm thinking of buying one for a gift, but don't know if it's a gimmick, or if they actually work?

hehe .. remind me of the really really old black and white videos of women "exercising" with a belt that jiggled around their butts

I don't know what "exercise" this is but look to me like a foam mat and a leg shaker.

I'd say it's crap. Seems like reflexology that has just moved up a little *shrug*
You could look for studies and see if there's any science to it. I doubt though seeing as the chi can't be measured or observed.

WOW, actually I did buy it and it came yesterday and I've used it ever since.
It's a miracle machine. I've never felt so good ....


hehe, yeah I agree it's prob crap. oh well.
