  • Ordinance banning sagging pants.

I heard about this on the radio this morning. Where do they draw the line? Why should the city be able to control what people wear and how revealing it is? Who decides what is appropriate and what is full disclosure? And do bra straps count?

I am not advocating nor do I support this type of dress, but shouldn't we be afforded certain basic freedoms?

Any opinions? Are you guys for or against such measures?

Get rid of them and we won't care about the pants

      haha

I love it. I don't care personally, nor am I offended by baggy-pant wearing xxxos, but they do look oh so dumb in that getup.

Bra straps don't count, because they are necessary and are seen on a very decent part of the body, the shoulder. If underwear had to be supported by a strap on the calf for example, I'm sure it would be fine.

I have a problem with this. Who cares if the low class plebians want to wear sagging pants? Let them. This will allow identifying the different classes and races more easily.
        Achkerov kute.
