    So much for independence.

Most of it's history Armenia has been dependent of foreign governments, the men kept screaming "independence!" and forming organizations for independence, now that we have it the critisism is circling around. How about doing something uncharacteristic of Armenians...like promoting achievements and relying on that slight hope that with the help of new generation and a decade of evolution we will prosper. And kick that dirty, post communist, corrupt and fat in the pockets government out of the Parliament!!

Whew, yes that much for independence it doesn't come easy.... Allow me to catch my breath... ops:
    Amen my dear.

Armenia may be "independant" but it still has a long way to go to become really independant. And yes we have achieved a lot but we cant slack off now. Armenia is still very dependant on russia to keep us alive. we have to develope so that we dont stay under the russian's wing. and we can protect ourselves and run our own course of foreign policy and make the decisions that are best for us not russia. xxxx the foreigners.

      AZAT ANKAKH HAYASTAN

This is hardly the area for political discussions, but since we've started... I agree with most of what you have said greatly but the last comment. I agree that Armenia allows Russia to call many shots. Many Armos open up businesses in Moscow and if you want to earn a decent living you have got to immigrate to Moscow temporary at least. What bothers me a lot is that Armenia is blooming so many cafes and restaurants and beautiful hotels yet the only people that can afford that are tourists, and yet Hayastantsi teachers have to sell sunflower seeds to buy some bread. And that PISSES ME OFF!!!!

And you know what else I find ironic? That during the "issue" Russians stirred up the waters for Armenians as well recruiting them to fight for them, meanwhile they never gave a xxxx! And now Armos give them the authority to manage their nuc. plants!!! And now Hayastan is more and more dependent on Russia! I say be smart, never depend on anyone but be extremely diplomatic with everyone...in my opinion even Turkey, basically be more slick and diplomatic, show the rest of the world that you can pull it off with your gloves off!!!! And yet it is not so... AND THAT PISSES ME OFF!!!

Whew I get a bit passionate about this, need a tranquilizer
