    Well I was born in Turkey but fortunately I am not a Turk. My great-grandmother was an Armenian.

    I know an Iranian-Zoroastrian guy from Esfahan that used to use that symbol too.

    Ataturk was not an Alevi. They 'love' him because he's now a symbol o secularism and that's it.
