My name is Greg, my father is 2nd-gen Armenian (his father came into America through Ellis Island in 1916). So I guess I'm 1/4, hope that counts!
His surname was Manukian, but it was changed upon arrival to "Childs".
I live in AZ and have 3 kids, I tried to confer some love for the heritage with my middle son's name (Darian)...
I own and run a large Internet forum for Nissan / Infiniti owners (www.nicoclub.com), and my wife (non-Armenian) has learned to cook Armenian food (I love dolmas).
I'll be popping in on occasion to learn more about our background - My father is getting old, and I'd like to do some genealogical research to see if I have any distant relatives overseas or here in the US.
Keep up the great work here!
