      I'm stuck on level 16.
I remember the other riddle that was similar to this. Alot of the people on that other forum that did this, were mostly programmers and they seemed to wiz through it. Now I am stuck on Level 3 where the flash pops up saying "Stop Being So Negative". And to be honest, I have no clue.

        You think everything is false...
        It's not

            ... I thought I'd share the wealth.

Oh, and for the rest of you who want to attempt this "riddle", here are some pages that might help:

Go to http://www.deathball.net/notpron/notpron.htm and click on HINTS.

And there are usually hints in the source code:

                Go to View > Source

I noticed when I click the clock a password and login name screen appears. How does this work in?

EDIT: I figured out what type of code it is. It was my initial guess, and then I sort of started to doubt it, but after 5 minutes I'm going with the guess.

You need to figure out the user name and password in order to advance to the next level. You don't need to register anywhere.

Keep track of the url and UN/PW for each level, or you'll regret it later on.
