Apprarently they have already dueled once b4... Mr. Mays was so close to pull off his finishing blow.. But Commander 1 Hander actually jumped on top of his head and gave Mr. Mays the finishing blow. His gaseous fumes singed off a small area of hair on his head, which is now why he is permanently bald. They never met since then. I'm very sure Mr. Mays is holding a very personal grudge against him.
