A retro one:
Chinastan@ paterazm a haytararum Leninakanin.
"Vah! Edkan merel urdegh bidi taghenk???"
P.S. This joke recently came back to me in a lot longer version (and my belief is that good jokes, for the most part, are to be laconic) and with "China" changed to "U.S. Army". Also, "Leninakan" was changed to "Abaran", which entirely obscures the joke because the bases are shaken. It is Leninakanians who are known for their "lopazutyun"!
P.P.S. While I am at it, another retro one: "Mi hat jrheghegh liner, Yerevan@ m@nar jri tak, Leninakann el kdarnar Hayastani mayrakaghak@, ham el kRUpni portovi gorod!"
P.P.P.S. Post Scriptums rock!
