Jen, fyi "burt" is the very light woolen (I think) stuffing of the blankets. In Armenia and other places I can imagine, every summer you can see some old lady sit outside and beat the this dried wool with a flexible stick to make it more light.

"shujukh" is a delicious sweet with walnuts inside dried grape juice.

Anyways, I have a blanket with that kind of stuffing that my Armenian grandma (RIP) made for me when I was born...
