In that story, people try to prevent them to be together because their religions are different. But they cannot succeed. If you are interested in this kind of stories, I may tell you the whole story.
I agree with your thoughts on the matter.

I'm interested in those 'kind of stories' as well.

Suddenly, there is a presence that no longer infests this thread. Turkey day started early for me boys.

It is also a well known fact that hundreds of Armenian women from Armenia travel to Turkey for sex-trade. In short: There are all kinds of Armenians. There are perhaps more trashy or self-hating Armenians then honorable ones. The honorable patriotic ones amongst us, the minority in my opinion, makeup the 'core' of our nation. Yes, and that 'core' shrinks every day.

I'm sure you can observe them where ever you live, but here in L.A., or southern California, Armenians, men and women, are so pacified and mindless that one wonders at what the purpose of all this is.

In the words of Pink Floyd, there is a 'comfortable numbness' that has permeated amongst the Armenian psyche, when more weight is given to factors such as Kim Kardashian, or Paris Hilton, or "goin out lol", or "Myspace", or "omg we're goin out clubbin to Vanguard (a popular club here in L.A. for attention xxxxxs)" then you know you're pretty much in a cluster phuck.

Enkar Armenian, I agree with you, but a idea can be more dangerous then the author of the idea. People are motivated by a idea, a point of view. By allowing these ideas to float around we are compromising our positions because not only are we fighting with the people that concieve these ideas, but now we are fighting the idea as well. If you are implying that I am naive, let me beat you to the punch line, no I am not naive. I am not the Iranian president, there exists Armenian and Turkish relationships, but the point is that this not equate to the idea that Turks have the Armenian interests in mind, essentially, this is the motive behind Turk xyz it is not so much a olive branch of peace, rather, it is more like a Trojan horse. They want to make it a point that since degenerate Armenian xyz is madly in love with Turk xyz, magically, the Armeno-Turkish tension will be whisked away, but ask this very same Turk xyz what he thinks of the Armenian Genocide and he will reiterate the Turkish stance.
