For some reason I think you are a guy (perhaps wrongfully assumed). So if you are, I find it amusing that you speak with such conviction as if you have solid authority in the matter, especially your side comment about their development. You are just a regular spokesman for the developed women who are victims of chest observation. Very clinical and rational reply on your behalf, are you a psychologist?

I am a guy. And by "develop" I mean after puberty ... i.e. after certain physical characteristics develop which inevitably make the guys look. I am not a psychologist by any means though and my "authoritative" tone comes purely from personal observation as well as asking several main experts on the topic, namely women

Well see,Vigilante let me tell you as a woman what the case is. I love to wear shirts which show off my fabulous boobs. I don't blame guys looking at me simply because I am hardly able to resist myself. So looking and adoring the gift that some women have been given is OK. But if you stare like a desperate dumb ass, then that's not gonna look good.

I read [or heard] somewhere that they can easily tell when you're looking at em, even though you don't directly stare at em, you know?

That's why I try so hard to not stare, but I do sometimes take a glance at their chest.

Here is a tip... look and make a mental image before you start talking to them. Then look in their eyes when you're talking but bring that mental image back into the front of you mind. That way you don't have to look away from their eyes...
