Most women if not all can tell if you're staring at her breasts.

I don't understand women who intentionally dress provocatively but are offended when a man stares or admires. What kind of reaction were you expecting to get when wearing a tiny mini skirt with your rear end hanging out?

i personally don't mind if a man stares as long as it's not blatant or excessively creepy. many men have mastered the art of checking out a womans breasts without her noticing. it's all in the timing.

I've only gotten that feeling a couple of times, mostly from Mexican gardeners and construction men lol. That was in no way made to sound racist. Based off my observation and experiences, I've concluded that some Mexican men are really blatant about the staring and leave you feeling somewhat violated.
