I don't see any harm in this, aside from people who meet online friends to play Dungeons and Dragons.

Nope, actually it is harmless fun till you realize that the person you are with considers roach petting a productive activity. Futhermore, it is just a place for insecure people to screen out other people whom they know they will not have the guts to do so in real life. Anyway, to wrap it up, this is just a facade half of the time that people like to play in order to feel good about themselves once they "meet" their soul mates with just a click of a button.

This is my first time experiencing online chatting, foruming, and the whole shabbang.
Never met anyone from online, I don't know its hard to imagine how the person would be like in real life.

Most of the people here seem to live in the LA area. We can meet up without having to pay all that much. How about Carlsbad or someplace like that - late August, right before the fall semester starts. My little sisters camp there every summer.
Don't be wusses. The whole point of this is to meet people.
