I would argue that often times adding more kids into society costs us a lot more than gives back to us. You seem to be assuming that just popping out kids is somehow "giving back" where it is easy to see most really really really poor nations have way too many kids.

I think in this day and age we should reward those who choose NOT to increase the global human infestation (i.e. not having kids) ... not the other way around.

Having too many stupid kids is the problem. Population isn't an issue if families are capable of governing themselves which they used to do in the old days when they owned their property and raised their own food. People were self sustaining. Now they rely on government to spoon feed them because they are DUMB.
