i used to collect those "love is...." cartoons from the l.a. times back in the days when i believed in love...i still have a bunch of it lying around..look at it and say...'eh, whatever....
Ah man, that reminds me. The first girlfriend I ever had, way back in high school - for Valentine's Day I drew her a small poster-size cartoon like that. It had two of those precious moments kids holding hands and watching a sunset, and it said "love is . . . what I feel when I'm with you." Jesus, that is so corny. Stupid high school kids.
Love is nothing that can ever be put into words. And it's something that once you've had/felt, there's no turning back from. I don't know why everyone thinks it sucks so much, even if they're hurt because they loved someone so much. I've been there, and I still think it's the grandest feeling in the world.
The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposing ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function. -- F. Scott Fitzgerald
DARNNNNNNNNN, why does she have to come back when I come back!!!
Anonymouse...You have never had that feeling when your heart drops to your stomach and there is this slight quizziness. This feeling sometimes is considered heartache but may be mistooken for disappointed, although it could be the other way around, dont you think?
