~~~unless the other girl is actually friends with the girlfriend and knows of her relationship with him, then most of the time she's not the culprit if the guy cheats on "his girl"... he's the dog who decides to go around and taste something different for a change 
~~~sadly though, if the other woman knows the couple then she's very much responsible for getting into their biz~~~ it's all common sense but most of the time the blame is wrongly placed on the other woman who might very well be ignorant of the whole situation; if he cared and dare i say "loved" so much he MIGHT look, but he'd never take action~~~haaa!!
