Maybe they understand it a bit too well? Since when does "loving someone" mean you only love that one person? I'd say those who cheat obviously don't understand, or don't have the character to uphold, the promise they made when marrying their spouse.

Love does not imply monogamy. Marriage does.

You took the words right out of my mouth! If what you say is true, then why do they include a monogamy clause in the marriage ceremony? Why not just ask do you love this person, do you love this person, and if both say yes then call it a day? How come they specifically ask "blah blah blah till death do you part?"

OK! i am guilty of not listening to the priest go through his whole marriage speech.. but i think i would have heard the guy say "blah blah blah"... i will pay more attention next time

Obviously not. Now if women can recite that a few more times they will be certain to remember not to do that as well as men.

I think it is quite obvious visversa as to why nowadays marriages are going downhill and nothing is being done.

Now I am do not consider myself overtly mysogenistic or sexist, but I am a woman myself and I must say that many (well most) women are xxxxs! I'd say that about 99% of American women (yes that includes Armenians as well) are xxxxs, selfish selfcentered xxxxxes. One of them sleeps with a guy for two years, then they break up, but she is all motherly and goody-goody, and wants to have a baby! Aww :tear: So she convinces the guy to cum into a beaker, so she can use his sperm to get pregrant. They agree, that no strings are attached except that she is a pathological liar as she turns around and screws him over. What a xxxxx! Most women are. Its the other 1% that are 'marryable'.
