Do you mean that he needs to stay away from women romantically? Of course, he prefers men, which is why I think that he found out about his sexuality while being married.

Do you mean his wife? Maybe he told his wife a long time ago about being a homosexual and both of them just didn't let the public know. It is their business.

of course i mean romantically---they should stay away from women (i could say the same about gay women and straight men, but in that case the men don't suffer as much emotionally as women do; women become devastated when they find out things like that, but men...some of them hurt for a while and others are turned on!)....anyways...

people don't just 'become gay'...for the most part they are born that way, these days it's cultural fads and sheer boredom and "looking for something new" that turns many to become "sexual explorers;" and if someone is truely gay they know it since early childhood and definitely in their teens; i've talked to gay people and they all tell me this same thing!

as far as the wife...she's a loser in this every way you look at it! how sad to be married to a phag who regardless of how hot she looks and what kind of a good and devoted wife and mother she is, she can't satisfy his basic needs...really sad for her! cuz she put in all this effort and her time and youth were spent on a phag in disguise...i feel sorry for her.

___Yes, a lot do find out in their teens but it is possible for a man at his age to find himself attracted to men. It doesn't always start out young. People don't really know if they're gay or not from the early childhood. They grow up thinking that they are straight because that is what they're shown and taught until they become adults and see something strange happening with themselves.
___Of course she couldn't satisfy his needs. He prefers MEN. He probably noticed some weird things happening to him when he was younger but just wasn't quite sure what they were and if a long time ago he has come to consider himself being gay, he probably thought, "No it can't be me, I can't be gay" and just left it at that.

I say leave him alone. It's not your business and no one, especially the average viewer of meaningless news broadcasts, is in any place to judge another. I'd bet everyone here has a friend who has cheated on his or her significant other and I'd bet everyone still consider this person (or these people) worthy of friendship. I am also sure that they probably did not cheat because they were confused about their sexual orientation. Try not to be a presumptuous homophobic and assume the worst. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if his wife and he remain very good friends and raise their children well.

I actually wanted to post this last night when I read the thread, but I thought I shouldn’t be talking behind peoples back. I know I have by posting this so I want apologize in advanced. I knew someone whose father was gay but she didn’t know until a few years ago. Anyways I have met her family they are very nice people and all. And I always thought there was something about her dad that seemed off.

Finding that out kind made me sad. But he said the reason he got married was because he wanted a family and wanted to have his own children. Well the mother knew about this from the beginning and supported his idea. But now what has become of their family I don’t know, their kids don’t care about anything, don’t want to even see their father not cause he is gay but caused he lied all these days to them.

So I don’t know if I would ever marry a gay guy just to make him happy by having his baby. WHAT am I saying I would neverrrrrr do that. But I honestly don’t know what to make out of it. It’s just sad to me that’s all. You lose your family and the love and trust just cause of a choice one person made. I know everyone is different and every family would react differently but it’s still heartbreaking when you see someone family fall apart like that.
