You almost turned me on, but I we'll never feel satisfied with this subject (so it was a trick but keep trying, you're in the good direction). There is no best way, no best attitude nor some points to be achieved in order to be able to say that we know someone (Humm... was it clear ?). We agree on this (sisi je t'assure)

The problem is that it's a matter of feelings: you feel close with someone, you feel he/she understand you, you feel a complicity... , and what I think is that it's not only a matter of feelings, but an idea issued from reflexion and reason.
Now this, aysinken "a matter of reason", is the goal, and I'm trying to imagine if an demanding mind would ever be satisfied by the means used to reach this goal ...

But I'm a little bit confusing.

The fact is that from my own experience, feeling like knowing someone is a fake. It's subjective sight but this feeling completely unstable/fragile, it is not intrinsicly consistant (ie. it depends on many parameters of the "ouside").
Trying to know people objectively is also a fake, since the idea/shape you've drawn for someone is closely linked to your subjectivity/way you see the world around. So, there no solution CQFD.

Stating that it is impossible, you may want to know and on the basis of what you think is objective for you, in what extent you may be satisfied by the proposition "I know him well".

It's not I do not believe you. I'm talking about something competely utopic that I won't be able to do myself.
I have an idea on this topic that is very fragile, I'm doubtful about myself, that's it.
