      Im talking about the location. The planet that is 20.5 light years away will be easier to reach with faster rockets.

        No, the shortest time possible to get to it would be 20.5 years. Remember speed of light is the max speed possible and unattainable. So, if it takes 20.5 years for light to travel from Earth to that planet, there's no possible way that it could take less than that (e.g. "2 weeks") for us to reach it.
