Part of me wants to say that, but man, I've been betting against the Pats the past three games they've played (I actually thought the Jets would upset them in the last game of the season) and they just keep winning.

I remember some girl saying she doesn't like football first day of this semester and I was like "how the hell are you gonna sit in a USC classroom and say that?"

I may as well resurrect this for the three sports fans or so we have here, in time for the Super Bowl. All I gotta say is xxxx Houston and I really don't like either team. It would have been nice if the Eagles could have pulled through this year, but I suppose I knew they wouldn't be as strong as last season before this one even began. They've become the poor man's version of the Buffalo Bills and the New Jersey Nets.
I was extending it to all sports. Running has the highest injury rate. Of course, if you want to go for danger, it's tough to beat drag racing or maybe road luge.
Originally posted by loseyourname Actually, the joint dislocations and ligament tears are pretty common. Ligament tears are also pretty common in basketball. If you really wanna get injured, long distance running is your sport. It has by far the highest injury rate, though obviously they aren't as gruesome.
I am sure they are common. I was not commenting on the commonality. It would be at least as common in rugby, in addition to the injuries sustained that would have been prevented without pads. That is a nice fact but running was not a topic of discussion. If we are extending this to all sports then we will go straight for boxing and kickboxing.
