I'm sorry but am I the only one who notices what's going on in the genocide forum? Do any of you even bother to look? They are posting BS about Armenians. I also find the avatars of "apaydin2148" and "thinktwice" very disrespectful.

If that area doesn't interest you, let the admin know so they can have someone like Crimson or Wino to moderate it.

Well, I suppose their avatars can be 'fixed' but I wouldn't want to ban them. It's too much fun seeing desperate little Turks trying to reinforce their dogma.

Jeez - why not go the whole hog and ask for Hitler or Rasputin to moderate.

If there were a genetic test for children that would indicate a predisposition towards tyrany (or its sub-genre "moderating"), I'd advocate the strangling at birth of all those with positive results.

I'm against banning free speech and dissenting views, so I do not favor banning them. That is absurd. And just the thought of winoman moderating doesn't sit well with me.

I'm sorry too, but whether or not your sensibilities are insulted by their comments is not reason enough to ban them. As far as I can see they have been having civil conversations with people on our forum, albeit very much cut and pasted from articles, but that is nothing we've made people stop doing before. They are posting their opinions and others are posting their opinions as responses, they are entitled to their opinions and we don't ban people here because they are Turks or because they say things we don't agree with. If they start insulting you or cussing or using vile language then you can report their posts (each post has a report to moderator icon on it) as we will deal with them as needed. Until then, they are allowed to stay and converse with whomever they please. If you don't agree with them then formulate an intelligent argument against what they have to say and conversate and try to educate them as to what really happened rather than demanding their removal, which gets us nowhere.

Now, what thinktwice's avatar says in Arabic means "Armenians are fools". That's not an insult to Armenians?

And if you actually read their discussions, they have disrespected Armenians in their posts as well.

Actually, his avatar has already been changed. As for disrespectfulness and insulting his opinions might insult people who read them but he and his ignorance are being insulted right back. So far it's still just a conversation. Insults have not gone further than exclamations of one side or another being 'ignorant' and 'blind', etc. Don't worry, they will tire of it as have others before them and they will leave. However, they won't be banned for that.
