Hi, How do I send someone a private message through their profile on the website? and also, do they receive an email when they get a message?

There is a setting to enable email notification, but it's not the default setting. If you click on someone's name you should have an option there to private message them or you can go to their profile and then click on the link from there.

You simply click on their username, then a a screen will open up. Scroll down

and you will see a box on the bottom. then send the message.
