Can't Login

Hi, Every time I try to Login i get a response that my Username or password is invalid, but i know it is the correct username and password, i even had my username and password emailed to me and it is the same one that i have been using this whole time. When i try to set up a new account, it tells me that the username is already in use and the email address is already in use. Please help.
