Someone has changed my email and password

I had an ac profile with the username serena but someone has changed the email address to [email protected] and the password and i cant access it or even email myself the password because its not a real one, can someone please help me. thankyou

I'll have to check to be sure, but I don't think we can do anything. You may have to make a new account and be more careful about logging out and picking a secure password.
