    The world knew about it, especially the western world. They didn't discuss it for political reasons. So when there were attacks on diplomats, the media still did not focus much on the genocide but condemned the attackers.

    Many Armenians did not support these activities. Armenians in Turkey definitely did not. The attacks were used by Turkish nationalists to 'prove' that Armenians were indeed 'bad' people. This had the effect of turning Turkish public opinion against members of the Armenian community in Turkey

      Diplomats are working for the states! DON'T FORGET!They are HUMAN.And they were perfomed given the state of the political order !So they peoples are innocent!!!!
      They were the instruments of the criminal government of Turkey working against Armenian interests abroad fully aware of what they were doing….that made them legitimate human targets for their enemy.
