UCLA should have the best. There Armenian Dept. is amazing. Plus they have pre genocide Armenian cities and towns, and they hold lectures monthly. Amazing stuff.

Anyway... any books or such you guys suggest? Most interested in learning about the ancient Armenian cultures, languages, names of the tribes, the regions they were in, etc... any info I can get on the tribes would be great.
          HyeJinx1984,

Don't get hissy with me. In either case, I can't read it.. atleast not at this point, although I am currently inrolled in an Armenian reading/writing class, and according to the teacher I'm picking it up faster than anyone he's ever seen. In two months time I could probably read all that.

Try going to search.com. It can be better than yahoo and google.

Here's a site I found from it by typing in "Armenian tribes. http://www.un.int/armenia/arm/en_history.html
When I typed in "Armenian tirbes" in google, your thread popped up.
                    I see...

Odd. And yes that website was the very first site I read when I started my whole "Learning about my ancestry" quest.
