Restoring the cemetery is just another example a commitment to a tradition of our most beloved modern heros and martyrs... In the tradition of Melkonian and now Dink. Thanks for bringing this to our attention Gavur. This should definitely be brought to the attention of other key opinion leaders in the Artsakh peace process.

        Re: Heritage Preserved in Armenia

What the F*CK is this sh!t??? Do these people have no shame, taste or brains?

Former Armenian parliament and location of the first declaration of Independence (1918) has now been turned into a pizza store and has had "modifications" to look like what seems to be a Roman building. Probably the worst piece of modification I have ever seen not to mention that this historic building has been turned into a ... pizza place

It is not even owned by the government, it belongs to the Armenian Assembly of America! Expropriate these CIA agents already!!

I agree with you Fed. For what it's worth, the pizza at Tashir is pretty good. I have been to their other location in or near Monument.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

Of course, if it had been me who had posted the comment and photo of Yerevan's latest visual obscenity, Mos, Armanen, and Kanadahye would have responded by saying how wonderful a building it is, how much of a fine addition it is to Yerevan's dynamic and prosperous skyline.

Speaking of preservation, does anyone know of a reputable taxidermist in Armenia? I need to get a cat stuffed.

Why would you want to preserve it?
