As director of the Institute, told journalists the history of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Yagub Mahmudov, published four-volume, "tells of the genocide committed by Armenians against the Azerbaijani people." "The book reflects the facts of the genocide committed in the Baku province gangs, led by Stepan Shaumian, as well as the atrocities committed by Armenians in the other territories of Azerbaijan", - told reporters the academician.
The Armenians, according to Makhmudov Azerbaijanis killed throughout the South Caucasus. It lasted four volumes! Moreover, the "genocide of Azerbaijanis" in Yerevan province subject of a book.
According to Voskanapat.info, crying in a four-Institute of History of Azerbaijan and was not given an answer to two questions:
1. Who are "Azeris"?
2. Why in the territories to which the Armenians carried out "genocide of Azerbaijanis", Armenians no longer live, but the "Azeris" continue to multiply?

Three-volume set “The Armenian Question in the Caucasus, Russian Archive Documents and Publications (1724-1914)” was published in London.
The three-volume set prepared by the European Azerbaijan Society was published in English by Garnet Publishing (http://www.ithacapress.co.uk/epages/.../9780863724091).

'The Armenian Question in the Caucasus, Russian Archive Documents and Publications (1724-1914)' is issued in this three-volume collection as a special topic of study for the first time in world historiography. The problem is presented basing on about 300 rare documents, materials of periodicals and publications collected from various archival files, which were revealed in Russian State History Archive (St. Petersburg) and Russia State Military History Archive (Moscow) and kept “confidential” and “strongly confidential” for a long time.(Rare but they have it, strongly confidential but again somehow they got it)

The great majority of the documents and materials presented in this volume are made publically available here for the first time. This allows to approach differently the notion of “Armenian question” in general, as well as “Armenian question” in the Caucasus.

The documents and materials collected in the three-volume book once more prove that Armenians are newcomers in the Caucasus. The “Armenian question” in the Caucasus was opened while they were purposefully migrating to this region. This process widened by the Peter the First’s order issued on November 10, 1724 and has gained regular character since the beginning of the 19th century.(No shame what so ever, and they lies continue throughout the article)

Commander of the Russian troops in the Caucasus Patskevich was writing in his report on May 26, 1828 that Armenian migration was successfully conducted and already 279 Armenian families were settled in Karabakh and 948 families in Iravan. According to Colonel Lazarev’s report this number would exceed 5000 families. (Volume I, p. 112, 114) Armenian attempted to raise territorial and separatist claims, to realize their dream of “Great Armenia”, while their number was increasing in the Caucasus. They used most grave crimes against the mankind such as genocide and terrorist attacks. Volume II of the set contains materials about the genocide committed by the Armenians against the Azerbaijani people in 1905-1906.
Unique documents described in the book create full idea about the scale and geography of the 1905-1906 events. One of the documents is a report of the Yelizavetpol (Gandja) District Court to the Tbilisi Court’s prosecutor, which was sent on January 5, 1906. The document says that in that year at the night to January 1, three thousands of Armenians attacked the Azerbaijani Gadabey village, killed about one hundred men, women and children, set all houses on fire and plundered all properties of Azerbaijanis (Volume II, p. 510).

The documents and materials about the role of Armenian-Gregorian church and Dashnaktsutyun party in “Armenian question” must be especially noted (Volume II, documents № 15-18; Volume III, documents № 7-9).

Russian archive documents contain a lot of important facts about identifying real essence of “Armenian question” not only in the Caucasus, but in Turkey. In April, 1903 Secretary of General Consulate in Erzurum informed that the Armenians of Tbilisi committed riots in order to oblige Russia to start war with Turkey: “The Armenian committees are dissatisfied with non-hurrying of Russians to conquer Erzurum province” (Vlume I, page 499).

“Armenian question” remained on agenda because misleading information was spread about it. The materials of the leading mass media organizations of that period on judicial trial held in Peterburg in 1912 against the members of the Dashnaktsyutun party deserve the attention as an opinion of public community. The article in “Russkoye Znamya” newspaper reads that unfortunately, the trial is held behind closed doors: “Entire Russian people must know everything about this process and it is impossible to conceal the details from the people. Russian people must know that who are Armenians”. (Volume III, page 290). This approach still keeps its actuality.

Undeniable materials and facts collected in 3-volume book gave an opportunity to unveil all realities of the “Armenian question”. The documents covering the 200-year period clearly showed how the Armenian question was coordinated with the different periods of the history. These facts have a great significance for clarifying contemporary fictions about the “Armenian question”.

YEREVAN. – The current complicated situation in Armenia is a heritage left by first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Germany’s Ambassador to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt said at the hearings organized by the Civilitas Foundation on Tuesday.

According to him, the processes that led to current oligarchic economy in Armenia are a result of policy run during the years of Ter-Petrosyan’s tenure

“I often hear how the first president criticizes elections and current authorities during opposition’s rallies. I asked one of his advisors what he thinks about the 1994-1997 elections when Ter-Petrosyan himself participated. The advisor responded that I have wrong information. Anyway, one should be open to accept the criticism against himself,” the Ambassador stated.

PARIS. - Despite all falsifications of the history we have to admit that Armenian people suffered Genocide. Not only we must admit the Armenian Genocide, we must ban its denial, said Mayor of Paris Bertrand Delanoe at the meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports from Paris.

Referring to the relations between the two capitals, the Mayor said that during his visit to Yerevan in the framework of General Conference of the International Association of Francophone Mayors the two capitals will be sign a cooperation agreement, which will be a good incentive for development of relations between Yerevan and Paris. Representatives of Paris Armenian Community also attended the meeting.

Earlier Armenian News - NEWS.am reported that General Conference of the International Association of Francophone Mayors will be held in Yerevan on October 25-26. The event will bring together more than 200 Mayors.

MOSCOW. - Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries avoid giving public response to the Putin-Medvedev substitution in Russia. But among the post-Soviet countries’ leaders solely Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan could be delighted with Putin’s return, Moskovskiye Novosti Russian daily writes.

“And this is not because Medvedev’s era did not bring Yerevan noticeable dividends in settlement of the Karabakh issue. This [era] was not beneficial for Baku, too. The problem is something else. In recent years, Armenia’s leadership was able to establish relations with Moscow which, by and large, do not depend too much on who the Kremlin’s master is. But Yerevan’s tradition of directing the vector more towards Putin and his team has remained,” Moskovskiye Novosti writes.

During recent congress of Russia’s ruling Yedinaya Rossiya Party, it was decided to nominate current PM Vladimir Putin as candidate in the country’s presidential elections and, if he wins, to appoint current President Dmitry Medvedev as PM.

Putin makes Russia stronger and he is a real leader unlike the puppets the USA keeps coming up with. I was in Moscow back when he was president and it was incredible the amount of construction that was going on. He is building a country while the freaks here in the USA keep tearing theirs down. Putin did not want what we have today he mentioned that the destruction of the soviet union was the worst thing that befell humanity in a long time and i agree with him. He did not want the oligarch culture but it comes with this bs called capitalism despite what u want. I have no problem with a president for life or a dictater or a king so long he/she is a good and effective leader because such a person can get way more done with full authority then a democracy could in a hundred years.
