Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

An Armenian website unhackable? Unfortunately, we have a long way to go to achieve such a thing. I mean if our government websites get hacked so easily...

this goes to show you that they are afraid of the truth. You dont see Armenians hacking anti-Armenian sites. azeris are cowards, they lost the war, they're losing the information war, they're losing in every aspect. This is the only way they can harm us and it goes to show you that aliyev is the ring leader basically telling azeris to hack the site. azeris arent even people, there animals. we should retaliate some how.

You're right, if they are so sure about what they say why do they do this things? He who has nothing to hide has no reason to fear, right?

We should get the site back on track as quickly as we can, I really hope it is functioning normally by tomorrow...the site was gaining popularity and its content is really a victory for us in the field of the truth and their gross lies.

it doesnt matter anymore, the website creator had said they were going to release a book about there research. theyve already spread word about the falsifications, now all thats left is to release the book. lets see how aliyev will try and stop the release of the book.

                  World enhanced pressure on azerbaijan

international non-governmental organizations issue statements and reports in which they blame azerbaijan of a number of rough breaches of the international right.

The financial action task force on money laundering, fatf made a list of countries threatening the international financial system. In general, these are those countries which do not participate in the fight against legalization of criminal profit and terrorism financing. Azerbaijan, bolivia, greece, indonesia, syria, morocco and other countries are in the list.

The global integrity organization released a regular report in which it notes that the law supremacy in azerbaijan lacks. The international research organization stated that the level of corruption in azerbaijan is quite high and means of fight against it are scarce.

“the committee calls on the azerbaijani government to focus on the worrying situation and to allocate more resources for the prophylactics of narcomania especially among youths”, is said in the report of the international committee on control of drug in the un headquarter in new york.

Uncomplimentary opinions about azerbaijan are heard in the council of europe and in other international organizations.

The site was brutally weak in terms of Information Security, no proper secure logins, also I am sure someone didn't use proper password filtering or a decent anonymous hosting service, the thing is not using an anonymous host, they can get your residential address and home number.

A host must use the following :

                    256 bit AES encryption.
                    Proper key exchange algorithims.
                    Back up procedures

A decent relay and proxy and a surefire defence against relay attacks and DoS.

Hahahaha this is quite amusing for me
Armenians don't need to hack Turks. We let them say what they want (tallarmeniantale). Hacking isn't going to solve problems, it's just gonna make an obstacle, and make the hacking party look bad. The truth is there and everyone knows it. If xocali.net is taken down, another xocali.net will pop out. If they take that down, the next will be up. In fact, this is required for us. By getting hacked, our web site creators will learn how to defend against it better.

People who are too stupid to deal with problems through dialogue engage in a fist fight - Ilham Aliyev and his stooges
People who aren't confident about their own work only allow their own people to criticize their work - YouTube Azeris
People who don't have enough material to contradict a web site hack them - These idiots

It just contributes to what we all already know about them. In the end, it's because they're too stupid to use their brains, therefore, they need to use desperate measures. Like I said, Armenians don't need to hack websites like tallarmeniantale. There would be no democracy otherwise. Of course, we all know democracy is not part of their culture.
