    Smart System`s websites restored

    January 31, 2011 | 15:28

Almost all of the Smart System Company`s hacked websites of have been restored and are being checked now, Stepan Aslanyan, Smart System Director, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Hackers cracked the server-based network, and the caused of website vulnerability cannot be established.

"I do not think the cause will ever be established, because the server was hacked, with all the information destroyed," he said.

Armenian News-NEWS.am reminds readers that the server-based network of the Smart System Company was hacked on January 29. As a result, 295 websites using the company`s hosting services were damaged. Azerbaijani and Turkish hackers attacked the company`s service.

    Among the well-known Armenian websites that were hacked are agrobiznes.am, antares.am, aquatek.am, ashtarak-kat.am, beko.am, ev.am, job.am, and others.

Armenian News-NEWS.am also turned to a specialist for comments. The programmer Vardan Grigoryan pointed out two methods of attacking computer systems: a DDoS or a problem with one website, which endangered all the rest.

Turkish, Azeri hackers attacked Armenian company`s server...

Armenia caused 'billions of dollars' of damage to Azerbaijan

      Aytan Mustafayeva
News.Az interviews Aytan Mustafayeva, director of the National Academy of Sciences' Human Rights Institute and a Milli Majlis deputy.
How would you comment on the 24 January meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia in Moscow, to discuss the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict?

Unfortunately, we saw the latest ineffectual meeting on a peaceful settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh. In the prevailing conditions, caused by Yerevan's destructive position, Russian and western political scientists often talk about the possible resumption of hostilities in the conflict area. They say Azerbaijan has the potential, both legal and military, to restore its territorial integrity. Also the world has seen that the Armenian leadership is not independent in decision-making and depends largely on the position of Armenians worldwide, who are still crazy about myths, including the myth of "Great Armenia" and recognition of the "Armenian genocide" by Turkey. In order to achieve their objectives, the Armenians diaspora have repeatedly committed crimes, including terror acts, in different countries in which mostly innocent civilians suffered.

May Armenian terrorists be associated with the terror act at Domodedovo Airport?

There are several factors at least that support this theory. For example, there was a recent report that the Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia (ASALA) had resumed its activity following the failure to get the bill on recognition of the "Armenian genocide" submitted to the US Congress. We remember that eight people were killed in a terror attack at Orly Airport in Paris [in 1983]. This terrorist act was committed by Syrian Armenian Varujan Karapetyan who was the head of the French branch of ASALA. And finally, the terror act at Domodevodo was committed on the day that the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia met in Moscow. It cannot be ruled out that Armenian terrorists were sending a threat to Russia and Azerbaijan. Diaspora Armenians simply do not have any other means of putting pressure on the international community, which is why they state their readiness to use terror in the hope of intimidating the international community, unaware that such threats are inadmissible and that they just prove the international community's weakness in holding civic dialogue.

Is one reason for Yerevan's destructive position in the negotiating process that, in the event of a resolution, Armenia would have to pay compensation for material and moral damage to the occupied lands?

Of course, one of the main aspects of a fair, comprehensive resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno- Karabakh is determining Armenia's responsibility in international law for aggression and the occupation of Azerbaijani land and the related issues of compensation for the material and moral damage to Azerbaijan.

In terms of international law, there is no doubt about Armenia's responsibility. In a crude violation of the norms and main principles of international law and the UN Charter, Armenia did not only launch an aggressive war, which is a crime against the world and entails serious responsibility for the aggressor under international law, but also ignored the prohibition on the use of force against the territorial integrity and inviolability of another state and occupied 20% of Azerbaijani land. This fact was reflected in four resolutions of the UN Security Council on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh. The UN Security Council in its resolutions states that the Nagorno-Karabakh region belongs to Azerbaijan. This shows that Armenia crudely violates the generally accepted norms and principles of contemporary international law, which sets a clear model for the conduct of states, ensuring that they abstain from any action to violate the territorial integrity of another state.

What is the scale of the damage done to Azerbaijan by Armenia as the result of the occupation?

The Armenian aggression killed over 20,000 Azerbaijanis, over 50,000 were injured or permanently disabled. Thousands of people went missing. The mass execution of Azerbaijanis without investigation, the beating, torture and cruel, inhumane treatment of prisoners of war and civilians, the forced exploitation of Azerbaijanis were common in Armenia and the occupied lands. The occupied regions of Azerbaijan were pillaged and destroyed. The direct economic damage to the administrative regions of Azerbaijan, adjacent to the front line, as well as the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, is also great. Overall, some 900 Azerbaijani settlements were pillaged and destroyed. According to provisional data, the overall cost of the material and moral damage of Armenia’s aggression against Azerbaijan runs into tens of billions of US dollars.

Nalbandian ignorant of theory of rights of nations for self-determination
        Mon 31 January 2011 08:30 GMT | 0:30 Local Time
        Text size:

        Edward Nalbandian
Nalbandian believes that the referendum in Southern Sudan can serve the solution to the Armenian-Azerbaijani problem.
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian does not know the theoretical foundations of the right of nations for self-determination. Before talking about something, he would rather read textbooks and at least explore some of the theoretical components of the issue. There is an impression that except for the name "the right of nations to self-determination", the Armenian Foreign Ministry does not know anything on the issue.

Nalbandian believes that the referendum in Southern Sudan can serve the solution to the Armenian-Azerbaijani problem. The case of South Sudan cannot serve as a model for Nagorno-Karabakh, and much has been spoken in the media about this, as if anticipating possible optimistic statements of the Armenian official circles. Firstly, it is a domestic conflict, while the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is interstate, and secondly, in Sudan, we are dealing with self-determination coordinated between the states and referendum recognized by Khartoum, rather than unilateral forcible secession through external aggression and occupation of the territory of another state. Can it serve a precedent for Nagorno-Karabakh?

Eastern Timor also cannot be a precedent, either. It was recognized by the UN, and later by Indonesia, as a non-self-governing territory, and therefore, it is fully subject to the provisions of the UN Charter on non-self-governing territories. Nalbandian as the foreign minister should have been aware of it.

Most UN member-states he refers to cannot serve as a model for Nagorno-Karabakh, since they became independent states by implementing the right for self-determination in the decolonization process. The case of the Armenian national minority in Azerbaijan goes beyond the colonial context (and Terry Davis reminded it to Armenians during the visit to Yerevan saying ‘there is a great difference between Karabakh and recognition of its colonies by Great Britain. Karabakh is not a colony, it is rather a part of Azerbaijan) and essentially it has no big difference from the rights of the former Azerbaijani national minorities in Armenia.

Cases of Kosovo, South Ossetia and Abkhazia also do not help Yerevan in achieving the formalization of of a new state in Karabakh. In all three cases, we are witnessing violent secession against the consent of the central government, while the unilateral recognition by a number of states does not imply recognition by the international community. Only the recognizing states decided about the emergence of the three new states, while does not mean the whole world community or international law. Once the Taliban government also recognized ‘independent Ichkeria’ and Turkey recognized Northern Cyprus.

If Nalbandian is searching for a historical comparison for Nagorno-Karabakh, he should bear in mind that Karabakh is not legally a self-defining Caucasian Southern Sudan, it is the Caucasian Sudeten, occupied by Armenia. Imagine that Hungary occupied Vojvodina and requested external self-determination for the residents of this area, expelling Serbian population and occupied seven more cities. If Nalbandian believes that it is permissible and consistent with international law, he would allocate a portion of the territory of Armenia for a similar self-determination of ‘ Geycha-Zangezur’ people, whose rights are no different from the rights of the so-called ‘Karabakh. But Armenia wants to take Karabakh and not to share Zangezur. And after it Armenia accuses Azerbaijan of ‘wanting much and not giving something’.

Nalbandian complains that Azerbaijan allegedly accepts one principle of the three and one element of the six. This is an arbitrary interpretation of the position of Azerbaijan bordering with lies. Baku adopts all three principles and does not endorse any of them. It is ready for a peaceful settlement of the conflict (first principle), in which self-determination (second principle) does not lead to violation of territorial integrity (the third principle). This combination of the three principles in one goes complete harmony with the provisions of the Helsinki Final Act of 1975. This is Armenia which actually prefers one principle – it wants such a self-determination, which crosses out another principle. There are no diversities of territorial integrity (as there are no diversities of virginity - it either exists or it does not, like you can also not be ‘a little pregnant’), while the international law envisions the inner and outer forms of self-determination.

Azerbaijan also accepts six of six elements. But Armenia wants to settle the issue in a package, while Azerbaijan wants it to settle in phases. How can a vote be held without the withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied lands and without the return of Nagorno Karabakh residents to their homes? How is it possible to hold voting on the legal status of Nagorno Karabakh and settle the issue of the temporary status? This is an absurd!

Nalbandian’s words in the interview to Russia Today are the mere demagogy of a person who does not want progress in the negotiation process and, in addition, is ignorant or pretending to be ignorant of the theoretical foundations of the rights of nations for self-determination. Such a position is called destructive and Nalbandian and his deputies should not apply these words to Azerbaijan’s positions.

apparently nothing can be a precedent even though the other cases are the same, a region declares independence from another region.

Armenians mislead by replacing real history with myths - Georgian professor
          Tue 01 February 2011 05:23 GMT | -3:23 Local Time

News.Az interviews Georgian historian, professor of the Sukhumi State University Guram Markhuliya.
I would start my conversation with the direct question. Is the current Republic of Armenia the historical land of Armenians?

The present-day Armenia consists of the historical regions of Georgia and Azerbaijan. Scientists from different countries have not come to a single opinion about localization of the home of Armenians. The search continues. (So they finally found someone who would sell his soul for a few dollars)

What does the present-day Armenian state have to do with Cilicia which existed in the 14th century?

The present-day Armenia and Armenians have nothing to do with Cilicia. In 1045 the Byzantine empire terminated the old and unnecessary Anisian kingdom, while the population was partly moved and partly deported and settled in different internal parts of the empire, a significant part of Armenians moved to the Georgian borders, weeping ‘save and give us shelter, our Georgian brothers! In some period, a definite part of Armenians turned out to be in Cilicia. The Armenian population in Cilicia, created their religious catholicosate, the church figures became the leaders of Armenian people in this sphere. Ruben I became the first Catholicos of Armenian settlers in Cilicia in 1080 and later Armenian historians raised the religious leaders to the rank of princes and when their fancy broke even looser they called them tsars. Thus the Cilician Armenian state appeared thanks to the ‘powerful’ historians of Armenia. Armenians are still searching their homeland in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey and other countries. The strife to establish the Karabakh state, Javakheti autonomy for the further proclamation of this area as an Azerbaijani state is also the proof. It is possible to suggest with irony that the Armenian ‘intellectuals’ also plan to create the Cuban Armenian Republic, Armenian Republic of Makharashtra in India, and Gujarakert Republic in Gujarat state.

So, if we start speaking about the scientific fantasies of Armenian ‘scientists’, how can you comment on the statements of Yerevan professor Suren Ayvazyan that Great Britain owes Armenia a billion in an unknown currency and that he planned to sent a letter to queen Elizabeth the Second to at the Buckingham Palace with the demand to return the treasury of the Cilician Armenian state to Armenia?

As far as I know, Suren Ayvazyan sent this letter to the English queen in 2001, but I have no idea of the response sent to Yerevan. In addition, this appeal was published in Kommersant newspaper in 2001. I can imagine the frustration of Suren Ayvazyan after my suggestion but I do not think that the archives of the Buckingham palace has held the intensive search of the ‘lost check’ with the signatures of royal figures-Levon IV and Richard II throughout 10 years since 2001. On the whole, I think with the well-known British humor, I am afraid this Armenian joke was not understood in Great Britain.

Unfortunately, this is not the only Armenian joke. How can you comment on Ayvazyan’s study, according to which “Anglo-Saxons moved from Armenia to British isles in 15-10th centuries BC from the Angle-tin province of Fourth Armenia of the Great Armenia?

There is no doubt that Mr.Ayvazyan used the invaluable manuscripts kept in Matenadaran while studying this issue. According to them, had it not been for ‘Great Armenians’, the humankind would have stuck in the Stone Age. While informing the world community about this purely Armenian vision of history, Suren Ayvazyan covers the dark sides of the world history with his torch, big like an Armenian nose. This Armenian geologists really believes that the word of three letters ‘ARM’ is under jurisdiction of the ARMenian people. All the same, it is ‘missed’ that we do not know where the Fourth Armenia and khais, like Armenians call themselves, located in the 15-10th centuries BC.

What is the main goal of all historical falsifications of Armenians?

Earlier you asked what the Armenian state has to do with Cilicia which existed in the 14th century. The fact that you asked this question proves the successful and productive work of the Armenian propaganda, spreading the historical lie. There has never been the Cilician Armenian state in history, however, the Armenian propaganda did what it wanted and I do not exclude that in some time such Armenian opuses like the myths of Suren Ayvazyan and people like him, will become a real history for ignorant people. It is this way that Armenians were misleading the world by replacing the real history with their own myths. This is how the concepts like Great Armenia, Armenian upland, Armenian plant and many others appeared together with the Cilician Armenian state, though, in fact there are no such geographical notions.

I find it funny this supposed historian claims this and then there is a Georgian Azeri historian who says the complete opposite:

the article is about pan-turanian claims to azerbaijan, if you scroll down you will see how he dispels those idiotic claims that Armenia was created on azeri land.

            • Re: Armenia and the information war

a very good article (poor English and grammar due to translation from Russian)

On the thief and the cap is on or why lying Elnur Aslanov
One of the main platforms on the Azeri propaganda - information agency "1nyuz.az" - published an interview with the head of the department of political analysis and information support of the presidential administration of Azerbaijan Elnur Aslanov. It is interesting in that it Aslanov tried to fit all the main points of the Azerbaijani state propaganda.
Emphasis on social and economic difficulties of Armenia, Azeri official, of course, prefer to keep silent about the serious growth in the industry of Armenia, the growth of state budget revenues and other positive indicators of development and progress in Armenia. Just see something and say only that the beneficial azagtipropu it - a favorite way to self-deception, so often suffers from the Azeri side.
Razglagolstvuya about the problems of the Armenian Army, Aslanov "lost" from memory, that the number of violent incidents in the armed forces of Azerbaijan exceeds everything imaginable for the numbers and percentages, while the number of victims of hazing in Azerbaijan several times over the incidents in Armenia. So, in 2010, losing in the armed forces of Azerbaijan was a record for the last 7 years and were 82 people. And this is only according to official figures. Meanwhile, only in the open press for the year 2010, we counted 108 casualties among the troops of Azerbaijan. It is not difficult to imagine how the victims were slain and dead troops in Azerbaijan were not reflected in the statistics.
Silent bureaucrat and that migration from Azerbaijan is not only not declining, but forcing the authorities in this country more and more fake, and distort the demographic statistics. Millions of Azeris are forced to work in Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and the real figures of the Azerbaijani population is less than officially reported at 37% (more than 3.4 million people. "). This is primarily due to the migration of citizens of Azerbaijan in other countries. Migration also explains the severe social problems which the authorities of Azerbaijan occupied by no delay the flow of petrodollars, and not thinking to solve.
For example, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Azerbaijan recognizes that reality in Azerbaijan there are 260,000 unemployed, official figures for unemployment in the country repeatedly underestimated. However, this recognition of the Azerbaijani officials did not reflect the real picture: independent experts believe the number of unemployed persons in Azerbaijan varies around the figure of 550 thousand people. In such circumstances it is not surprising that the population of Azerbaijan to escape from poverty and dictatorship, not only active in "voting with their feet", but prefer to suicide as an alternative to life in "the formation of the Heydar Aliyev." Data on suicides in the country is so appalling that the Interior Ministry refuses to official records, and the number of suicides, according to Azeri experts, starts wearing a pandemic.
Referring to another international precedent, which confirmed the validity of the position of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh - a referendum in Southern Sudan - Aslan again could not resist the lies. "The Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has arisen due to the occupation of Azerbaijan by neighboring Armenia. This is a historic territory of Azerbaijan, where Azerbaijanis lived from time immemorial "- curled Azerbaijani propagandist.
This lie is primitive, and, therefore, easily refutable. Especially because a little later he called Aslanov starting date of the Karabakh conflict - in 1988, while not even thinking of the seemingly basic question: how and what Armenia has occupied in 1988? It remains only to sympathize with the Azerbaijani propaganda generating phantasmagorical paintings: in 1988, Armenian SSR, of course, not having his army occupied enclave at the time Karabakh, leaving the Lachin corridor under Azerbaijani control right up to 1992.
Escalation of the conflict really began in 1988 when, in response to a request from the Council of People's Deputies of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region to transfer her to the Soviet Armenia, Azerbaijan had organized pogroms of Armenians. In this case, land link between Armenia and Artsakh (Karabakh) was introduced only in May 1992, when the Self-Defense Forces of NKR has consistently destroyed the illegal gangs in Shushi and then Berdzor (Lachin). With regard to the historical affiliation of Artsakh, the ancient and medieval historians are unanimous on this point: Artsakh, as well as Nakhichevan, were inhabited by Armenians since ancient times and were part of Armenia. It's enough to see historical maps and documents of world history.
After Elnur Aslanov prodemonstiriroval their "brilliant" knowledge on the above topics, he stated that "the situation in Kosovo and the Sudan is quite different from what we observe in the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict." He elaborated on the differences that are available, from his point of view, between South Sudan and Nagorno Karabakh, but no mention of Kosovo, a precedent which he also mentioned. Aslanov, as well as other Azeri propagandists, trying to deny the realities on the ground: in international politics, the right of nations to self-determination is increasingly prevalent as a fundamental factor. This is clearly illustrated by the right of nations to self-determination in different regions - Eritrea, Kosovo, East Timor, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Sudan.
Another put it mildly, "puncture" Aslanov - false thesis Azerbaijani propaganda about the alleged living in Azerbaijan Thousands of Armenians. It is significant that in the mouths of various officials of Azerbaijan itself, this figure varies. If Aslan says about 20 thousand, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine, Mr Aliyev said already about 35 thousand Armenians living in Baku. State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan and the same at all says that the country of hundreds of thousands of Armenians have only a few hundred - mostly elderly, members of mixed families. To be able to lie convincingly and to juggle non-existent numbers, one must possess a good memory, the citizens of the propagandists of Azerbaijan.
Significantly, commenting on statements by some political and religious leaders of Iran, has strongly condemned the Azerbaijani authorities for the ban on headscarves in schools, and the arrests of members of the Islamic Party of Azerbaijan, Aslanov afraid to use harsh remarks against its southern neighbor, and limited common formulaic phrases about the historic closeness of the two countries.

Head of Information Department of the Azerbaijani presidential administration, declined to comment as the report of the international organization Freedom House, in which Azerbaijan was again listed as "not free" countries. He said that such reports are written to make money, but the organization itself has been discredited. Focusing on criticism of Freedom House, Azeri official tried to make it appear that only the organization indicates a lack of freedoms in Azerbaijan. In reality, this fact shall be recorded all known international human rights organizations - Human rights watch, Alert International, Article 19, the Committee to Protect Journalists, Reporters Without Borders, etc.
Naturally, the principle of "on the thief and the cap off" is not allowed Aslanov circumvent the issue of drug trafficking. He stated that Karabakh is transformed into a zone of drug trafficking, as, say, Azerbaijan has repeatedly stated at the international level. Given that, according to international reports, the UN and the U.S. Department of State, namely Azerbaijan, not Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, is the largest transporter of drugs throughout the East, such statements Azerbaijani officials seriously by anyone in the world are not perceived. And no matter how tried implicated in corruption and drug trafficking Azerbaijani officials to shift the problem to blame on others, against the facts do not go. We recall only some of them.
In the U.S. State Department report "Strategy for the international drug control in 2010" notes that Azerbaijan is a transit country for drugs from Afghanistan, Central Asia and Iran to Russia and Europe. The report, which is mainly popular in Azerbaijan, heroin, and narcotic plants are grown. In particular, in southern Azerbaijan have been discovered huge fields, illegally planted hemp and poppy seeds.
The annual report of the Office on Drugs United Nations (UNODC) also says that three of the four main routes for drug trafficking to Europe pass through Azerbaijan. The report notes that the drugs are transported from Afghanistan to Iran, then - in Azerbaijan, through Georgia and then - in Turkey. International experts agree that in such a corrupt country like Azerbaijan, the fight against drugs is not productive, because, as reported in the report, UNODC, corruption is one of the causes of drug trafficking.
"Traffickers are using the territory of Azerbaijan for the transport of drugs in Russia", - said the summer of 2010, the Director of Russian Federal Service for Drug Control (FSKN) Viktor Ivanov. In December 2010, Ivanov said that the drugs that come from Azerbaijan to Russia, contribute to the growth of terrorism in the North Caucasus.
In September 2010, First Deputy Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Rustam Usubov recognized that Azerbaijan is transported through 35% (!!!) of drugs illegally produced in Afghanistan.

Naturally, none of these reports, neither Armenia nor Artsakh (Karabakh) do not appear as a country engaged in drug trafficking.
Speaking about the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Aslan again tried to mislead the reader, stating that they live there only a "war but the old people." Well, for anyone who has visited the Republic of Artsakh (Karabakh), these words appear in at least silly, given the number of children and youth on the streets. Those who are not yet there was certainly remember "big wedding" in Artsakh, when both were married 700 couples, or, for example, holiday concerts on the occasion of Independence Day of Artsakh, which were attended by tens of thousands of young people of Artsakh.
The very same Aslanov, who loves to talk about the situation in Armenia and Artsakh (Karabakh), we advise you to pass campaign against illiteracy in the Foreign Ministry, who recently promised to "deal" with the facts of exports from the NKR in other countries, particularly in Russia. Surely diplomats explain to the official of Aliyev's administration, that in Nagorno Karabakh there is a full-fledged economy, providing export products abroad and a fully functioning state structures. However, this Aslanov knows himself.
Commenting on the visit by European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso in Azerbaijan, Aslanov, launched into a discussion about the importance of Azerbaijan in terms of energy security of Europe, etc. However, in response appeared in a number of media criticism of EU cooperation with the dictatorial regime of Ilham Aliyev, Aslan could issue a standard memorized thesis the mythical progress of Azerbaijan, construction and infrastructure development, nothing to do with the problems of freedom of speech and human rights in this country.
Apparently, for Aslanov Aslanov, and such concepts as human rights and democracy are on the level ... asphalt. Well, in Azerbaijan, so it is: and for those and other "go as they please." Especially because it was building roads in Azerbaijan - one of the most corrupt sectors in which two, or three times as inflated prices for "exploration," Azeri officials cost of petrodollars.
Naturally, Elnur Aslanov, and turned his attention to the sensational statement European Commission President JM Barroso, in Baku. Recall that on January 14 Azerbaijani mass media to make statements Barroso, in which said support from the EU principle of territorial integrity of its partners, including Azerbaijan. However, the official website of the EU statement was different and did not contain such a thesis. Instead, in this speech Barroso called for "rapid and peaceful settlement of the conflict" and expressed full support for the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group. It is worth noting that these provisions are fully correspond to the position of Armenia and Artsakh, aimed at the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

Later Azerbaijani media have posted a video of a different speech Barroso - the building of the Baku State University - where he said the support of the EU principle of territorial integrity of its partners, including Azerbaijan. The Chairman said the EU and support from the EU earlier agreed principles "and the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group, which, however, Aslanov chose not to notice. This is not surprising, given that one of the principles of the OSCE Minsk Group - the right of nations to self-determination. That is the right approach which in some countries trying to ignore the head of Policy Analysis and Information Support Azerbaijan's presidential administration.
It is clear that the speech Barroso, posted on the official website of the EU, was more balanced, less emotional and more reflect the real position of the EU, not personally, JM Barroso. And in this text, as is known, of any mention of the EU's commitment to the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is not. That is why, knowing that the text on the official website of the EU clearly indicates the position of the European Union, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan made with regret about the differences in speech Barroso in Baku and on the EU website. Well, we once again refer the Aslanov, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, where knowing the above, so nervously reacted to the published text of the EU on the site.
Aslanov hastens to assure that "in recent years, Azerbaijan's diplomacy achieved superiority in the matter of bringing the truth about the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict." Aslanov, tried to convince readers that the Azerbaijani society evolves, that it concentrates all its forces and, on the contrary, "the Armenian society is increasingly experiencing internal discord."

And then Azerbaijani promoter did not change himself and lied again. It is in Azerbaijan there are a number of serious confrontation lines of authorities with different groups. This problem of numerous indigenous peoples oppressed by the Turkic chauvinists, and opposition to Aliev's regime with the faithful Muslims. Azerbaijani propaganda is repression against indigenous peoples, including the mass searches and arrests, as a struggle against "Wahhabis." However, even this kutsee recognition clearly points to the problems existing in Azerbaijan with the Avars, and Lezgins Tsakhurs. After all, as a rule, representatives of these peoples Azerbaijani security forces are accused of "Wahhabism".
As for the confrontation with the Aliyev regime believers Shiite protests in Azerbaijan, which often resulted in clashes with the police, they are again reminded myself recently. And Aslanov should be recognized that the reason for mass protest rallies in different regions of the country, and the subsequent clashes with police and arrests is not the Azerbaijani authorities to ban the wearing of Muslim headscarf (hijab) in schools. The ban on wearing the hijab - just one link of the Aliyev regime struggle with Islam.
Against this background, ludicrous words of the unity of the Azerbaijani society, while in Azerbaijan arrested members of the Islamic party, accused of planning to seize power, preparing terrorist acts and possession of weapons. Apparently, the "unity of Azerbaijan" was manifested in clashes with police during a mourning ceremony on the anniversary of Soviet troops in Baku in January 1990 and the rally in memory of victims of the bloody terrorist attack in the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. That's really, really, unity.
Summarizes the Azeri official whiffy fascism genetic fabrications: "In the information war against Armenia participates every Azerbaijani citizen regardless of what state it is, because for us it is a national idea, the Armenians, the genetic aversion."
Pretty original to have a national idea - the information war against an entire people. It would even be funny if it were not led to a murder on a national basis, the pogroms of the Armenian population and, eventually, to a real war. War, the results of a national ideological genetics in Azerbaijan lament to this day. It remains to advise the apologists of such "national ideas" to be ready to take the running of a boomerang.
And the answer to the question of why lying Elnur Aslanov, pretty simple. First, in Azerbaijan, trying to form some kind of a new community called "the Azerbaijani people, and this artificially created people need an image of an external enemy. Secondly, Lies, and was built in the rank of "national idea" information war against the Armenians can Aliyev propaganda to divert the attention of the Azerbaijani population from stealing people's wealth - natural resources, primarily revenues from oil and gas.
