The Armenian side did not retaliate to Azerbaijan’s breach of the ceasefire…

Armenia has no connection with death of Azerbaijani soldier - MOD

        September 03, 2012 | 11:45
YEREVAN. – The news, according to which an Azerbaijani military serviceman died, at the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, as a result of a ceasefire violation by the Armenian side, is inaccurate, Armenian Defense Minister’s Press Secretary Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, Hovhannisyan advised the Azerbaijani MOD to independently verify the facts of what happened within its own army and to not look for a guilty party outside.

In his words, the Armenian side did not retaliate to Azerbaijan’s breach of the ceasefire.

To note, Azerbaijani media had stated that Azerbaijani army soldier Ceyhun Mamedli had been severely wounded in the direction of Aghdam city. He was transferred to hospital, where he died soon thereafter.

Moscow Criticizes Baku For Releasing Killer Of Armenian

Russia's Foreign Ministry has criticized Azerbaijan and Hungary over the release of an Azerbaijani army officer who had been sentenced to life in prison for killing an Armenian military officer.

A statement published on the ministry's website on September 3 says the release of Ramil Safarov contravenes international efforts aimed at easing Armenian-Azerbaijani tensions.

Safarov was sentenced in 2006 by the Budapest City Court after he confessed to murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Markarian while both were in Hungary for a 2004 language course organized by NATO.

On August 31, Hungary returned Safarov to Azerbaijan after receiving assurances from Baku that his sentence would be enforced.

But Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev pardoned Safarov upon on his arrival in Baku. Armenia has formally protested Safarov's release and has suspended diplomatic ties with Hungary.

Azerbaijan is planning to buy between €2bn and €3bn in
Hungarian government bonds with 2 to 3 year maturities.
The appeal of the deal for the Azeris is the chance to invest
cash from their huge oil revenues in a (relatively) safe
instrument. Besides fund the country’s debt, the Hungarian
government would no doubt like to be able to demonstrate
that the country is still attractive to foreign investors in a
foreign currency. But the ongoing talks with the
International Monetary Fund can’t be ignored either, as the
government could be sending a message that it’s able to
raise funding from elsewhere in an atempt to strengthen its
                bargaining position.

According to ArmTV commentary Azerbaijan will not be buying the 2-3 Billion Euro Bonds.

Basically the Hungarians have been stitched !!!!

I would love to see this news confirmed by other sources.

Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.

I hope this is the case too, but does not change the facts. If they did all this and did not even get paid I will laugh my arse off. Right after I will cry for this injustice. Lets hope the baboon sites remain down and bodies pile up. No need to be in reserve mode now too. Let the snipers and other units loose lets see what they can do about it!
