Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են պաշտպանության նախարարությունից, սեպտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, Արագածոտնի մարզի Արուճ-Նոր Ամանոս ավտոճանապարհի 4-րդ կիլոմետրի հատվածում ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասին պատկանող «ԳԱԶ 33081» մակնիշի ՊՆ զինհամարանիշի ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի մասից և շրջվել, ինչի հետևանքով ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող 10 զինծառայողներից 9-ը ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ և տեղափոխվել «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ այնտեղից՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ ԿԿԶՀ:
Շարքային Գոռ Գնելի Գալստյանը, գիտակցության չգալով, այսօր ժամը 00:20-ին «Արմենիա» ԲԿ-ում մահացել է:
Շարքայիններ՝ Վահե Հարությունի Խաչերյանի, Արգիշտի Արմենի Շահվելյանի, Գեղամ Արտակի Սահակյանի, Հայկ Անդրանիկի Բերտիզլյանի, սերժանտ Նարեկ Հայկի Ղևոնդյանի, կրտսեր սերժանտ Նարեկ Սամվելի Հովակիմյանի և ավագ լեյտենանտ Արսեն Գագիկի Երիցյանի վիճակը բավարար է:
Շարքային Հարություն Գրիգորի Կիրակոսյանը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում:
Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ ՊՆ ՔԾ չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 377 հոդ. 2-րդ մասով /մեքենաներ վարելու կամ շահագործելու կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ/ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Guys I'm not following what does this mean 10 points 30 points?? The only thing I followed was that there is going to be another Russian base, about time. But what is this points?

The delay of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to
Armenia is conditioned by the wish of Moscow not to poison the
Armenian-Azerbaijani relations even more especially in the context
of the situation on extradition and pardoning of Ramil Safarov, which
killed an Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan in 2004, director of the
CIS Institute, Konstantin Zatulin, told Arminfo correspondent.

"I know for sure that the Azerbaijani party was worrying about Putin's
possible participation in the CSTO CRRF exercise held in Armenia on
15-19 September. I don't know for sure but I guess that for this reason
Putin delayed his visit, so that to calm down the tension between the
two countries after Safarov's pardoning", - he said. He also added
that just for this reason the reaction of Moscow on extradition and
pardoning of Safarov was rather low-profile. "By its sharp statements
the leadership of Russia did not want to worsen the created situation
even more. However, I don't fully agree to such position of Moscow",
- Zatulin said. Nevertheless, he added that the created situation
will not affect the Armenian-Russian relations.

Zatulin assured that Putin will undoubtedly visit Armenia till the
end of the current year.

Press-service and information department under the Russian president
refused to comment on the matter and said: "We can tell nothing to
you, why Putin did not visit Armenia". Asked by ArmInfo correspondent
to comment on the situation, press-secretary of Armenia's Foreign
Ministry, Tigran Balayan, replied: "Armenia's Foreign Ministry has
never officially informed about the forthcoming visit by president
of Russia to Armenia.

Guys I'm not following what does this mean 10 points 30 points?? The only thing I followed was that there is going to be another Russian base, about time. But what is this points?

I didn't quite understand that either but my guess is that 30 new facilities will be built of which 10 will be transferred to Armenia (while the rest will be used by the Russians).

Thank Federate, I'm drooling over this facilities buisness I'm dying to know what it is that is being built. On another note there is a rumors on the net. One such rumor is that Russia has canceled Military leave, and is also massing troops on a lot of fronts. Others are reporting increased military activity by the US. Another story is running that Iran special forces are on the boarder between Syria and yahodistan.

Thank Federate, I'm drooling over this facilities buisness I'm dying to know what it is that is being built. On another note there is a rumors on the net. One such rumor is that Russia has canceled Military leave, and is also massing troops on a lot of fronts. Others are reporting increased military activity by the US. Another story is running that Iran special forces are on the boarder between Syria and yahodistan.

Can be true , also that Russia sent helicopters to the islands of japan ...

Rumors , but maybe true !
